RE/FRAME
Photo therapy course helping to rediscover the surrounding world again and appreciate the beauty by gradually reframing their perspective.
Program Scope
2. Guided Sessions
1. Community Group Integration
3. Reflection & Cognitive Reframing
4. Showcase & Continued Support
Participants can choose to share their work in an optional exhibit or group viewing. We also link them with long-term support through the Steadfast Support network — ensuring the connection doesn’t end when the session does.
Participants reflect on their images through group discussion, guided journaling, and therapist-facilitated insight. The process helps uncover personal meaning and fosters new perspectives on past experiences.
We begin by building a safe and welcoming space where participants can set intentions, share expectations, and connect with others. This foundation allows for trust and openness throughout the program.
Through hands-on photography and creative exercises, veterans are invited to explore their surroundings, tell personal stories, and express emotion visually. No prior experience is needed — only a willingness to see things differently.
