RE/TURN

Integrating veterans into local community groups for continuous support, monthly online therapy sessions and access to the online knowledge base and emergency hotline.
Program Scope
2. Monthly Online Therapy Access
1. Community Group Integration
3. Online Knowledge Base & Hotline
4. Peer Mentorship & Guided Reintegration
Graduates of our programs can opt into structured mentorship — either as mentees or mentors. With guidance from trained peers and facilitators, veterans build confidence, accountability, and a renewed sense of belonging in civilian life.
We provide round-the-clock access to a growing library of self-help tools, guided exercises, and emergency contact support.
Whether it’s 3 a.m. anxiety or a relapse moment, help is always available.
We begin with local or online onboarding, matching each veteran with a trusted peer support group. These communities provide safe, stigma-free spaces to share, connect, and feel understood by others with similar lived experience.
Veterans can access recurring virtual sessions with certified trauma-informed therapists. These sessions focus on sustained progress, emotional regulation, and coping strategies tailored to each individual’s post-program journey.
